1: Apologise.Now i am not saying apologise  for every thing that was wrong with your relationship,but if you were the one who pushed  your relationship a little too far be man (or woman) enough to apologise.If you really are intent on getting back  together with your ex then you really must open the lines of communication.Apologise and leave it at that. Its then up to your ex to respond,hopefully positively.

2:No contact. Keep away from your ex.No more phone calls.email,text-no contact whatsoever.You are trying to persuade your ex that you are no longer pinning after them.You have apologised and are now moving on with your life.

3:Get A Make Over.Now i don’t mean one of those look 10 years younger shows you see on TV, but you need to update you appearance.Get down the mall and update your wardrobe.Get  a new hair cut-go down thee re gym and lift some weights.Its really amazing the effect a new smarter,attractive ,fit and confident “You” can have on your ex.

4: Get Out. Get on the phone to your family,your friends.Arrange to go out.You have to start to socialise again.Your friends will still be your friends and your ex don’t forget so by going out and having some fun they will  bound to hear that your  are out there enjoying your self.You may even find that you are attracted to some one else.Now i am not suggesting that you start to date again but being out there and finding others find you attractive will certainly boost your confidence.

Now here’s the confession. As I mentioned earlier the advice  I have just told you about was some thing that I learnt from  a very special site. I was desperate.
