You should stop …
You should stop thinking about that bad things out of it and only the good and learn from that. Take a step forward and continue on. Life is just an experience as everything becomes greater. No need to be depressed because by now you should put what you did into perspective and just realize and move on. Easier said than done….but not that hard. Change the mindset.

what I would suggest is that you should first reflect and understand what went wrong and what lead to things going so sour. Second and the hardest step would be to put yourself out there again. I can understand that this breakup was extremely traumatic, however you should not let things like this ruin your life. The longer you live with this pain the worse it will get, trust me I know.

i also suffer from other mental issues , straight after i broke up with her. i first didnt let go easily , she deliberalty went on a loud speaker speaking to another guy just to get rid of me. and i totally hate her, its been two in a half years i havent been involved in a relationship. i cant make my self soft again .. im really messed up , what shall i do ?

i feel in love with this girl that just made me feel so pure, everything felt right . and what was amzing that i only knew her for 2 months , went out . suddenly she told me ” im really selfish , i axpect you to be the way my ex used to be to me”.. and broke up. after that i suffered depression. i let it go , but tyhe depression has changed my personlity, behaviour. and mind set about women that can love me back. im really cold now emotionally.
