I know it sounds like very old-fashioned question, but seriously what is the most effective way to heal a broken heart? I need to get rid this feeling after break-up with my girlfriend.

I need to move on but sometimes it’s very difficult to forget the past memories. I know I’m not a proffessor in a love kind of thing, but I want to get a fresh start.

It takes time. It heals faster if every time you think of her or miss her remind yourself why it couldnt work. That helps.

i found that having someone to talk to really talk to helped me through the heartbreak. he actually allowed me to yell and scream and say the things i wanted to say to the guy who broke my heart. this guy mad promises for a future and i believed him. even though i wasnt actually talking to him, i was able to say what i wanted to say and get the anger out that i felt inside.
